• You will be prompted to download a small plug-in which will connect you to a member of our support team.

• Your support representative will be on the phone so you can explain your issue.

• With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and
keyboard.

• You are in full control of your computer at all times.

• You have the ability to see all movements and actions performed by the representative during your remote

• You have the ability to terminate the remote session at any time.
