We have flat rate pricing for work that done in-shop. We will provide and estimate before any work is started.

 Break Fix Work:  Payments are due after work has been rendered, in most cases we will require a credit card on file before any work is started. Unless other arrangements have been made.

Remote Support: Before any remote work is started the first hour will needed to be pre-paid unless other arrangements have been made.

Making a payment: We offer a secure portal that you can make a payment at or you may give us a call and we can take a payment over the phone. You will revive a receipt for all payments for your records.

Managed IT Support: Managed IT contracts, we require a credit card on file for all manged service contracts that will be billed to you monthly, You will receive your bill five days before it billed with all and any ticket charges. Unless other arrangements  have been made.

After Hours: Any work done outside our normal business hours are time and a half, holidays are double our normal rate. Unless other billing arrangements were made.

Estimates, Parts and Hardware:  We always give a estimate before any work is preformed. If any hardware or parts are needed we will require a full deposit before any hardware or parts or ordered in unless other arrangements for your issue has been made.

Site Survey:  If your requesting a estimate for a larger project that requires a on-site survay there may be a fee applied to the estimate. If the work is completed by ThinkEzIT we will wave fee and or apply a credit to your account.

We carry E&O along with cyber insurance, if you require a copy of our policy please let us know and we will make sure you get a copy of our insurance certificate.

  • Service(s) are provided in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the computer system(s) for which you request such service(s).
  • Your system will not be intentionally harmed. The primary goal is to fix your system; not damage it.
  • In the case of accidental damage to your system, including but not limited to data loss caused by already existing problems in your system such as a virus, poorly configured software, hardware problems, accidental damage or hardware failures; you agree to not hold ThinkEzIT responsible to any of these pre-existing problems.
  • It is your responsibility to back up your data if  ThinkEzIT was not hired to do so. ThinkEzIT will not be responsible for data loss or any other damages.

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Do we use ‘cookies’?

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. We do, however, use Google Analytics for traffic information. See below under “Google”.
